We want you to love your jewelry. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, returns and exchanges are simple and hassle-free.

Returns

You may return your item within 14 days of delivery, in its original condition and packaging. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed promptly. Return shipping costs are kindly covered by the customer.


Note: For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged if worn.


Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or is faulty, we’ll replace it for free—no need to return the original piece. Simply follow the instructions on our Warranty Claim Page and we’ll take care of the rest.

Exchanges

Want a different piece? Once we receive your returned item, we’ll ship your new selection at no extra cost.

  • Exchanging for a higher-value item? You’ll pay the difference.

  • Exchanging for a lower-value item? We’ll refund the difference.
